Cancellation Policy
There will be a charge of $100.00 for all reservations cancelled. If the property is re-rented, a refund will be made less the cancellation fee. Reservations longer than one week will be charged $100.00 per week. All summer-season cancellations after March 1st are subject to forfeiture of the entire deposit amount unless the property is re-rented at the full rental rate. Once the final payment is made two weeks prior to arrival, the stay cannot be cancelled and the total rental rate for the week will be forfeited.

Payment of Nights Reserved
The guest is responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of the guest's actual arrival or departure.

Peninsula Bay Resort Housekeeping
You will receive one set of towels for each guest your unit will accommodate. All linens and towels are provided at Peninsula Bay through Northern Shores Vacation Rentals. Housekeepers will replace your towels in the middle of your stay if requested for an additional fee. No additional maid service is provided unless you arrange it with our office for an additional fee. If there are any housekeeping issues with your unit when you check in, please make us aware of them immediately (not at the end of the stay), so we can then remedy the situation. No discounts will be given. Prior to your departure, please wash all dishes and leave the premises in a respectable order.

Housekeeping fees
There will be a non-refundable housekeeping charge on all rentals. The Peninsula Bay Condominium housekeeping fee is $85.00/week. There in no extra charge for multipule week stays.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-out is at 11:00am. No additional time can be given in the months of July and August. Guests not departed by 11:00am will be assessed a $50.00 fee. Check-in is between after 4:00pm. May call ahead to see if your suite is clean for possible early check-in.

Long Distance
At this time, long distance service is provided in Suite C22 only, so it is advised that you bring a cell phone or calling card.

Entry of Premises
An authorized employee or repairman may enter the premises during customary business hours for any purpose connected with the repair, improvement, care and management of the premises.

Pets
Tenants renting through Northern Shores Vacation Rentals may not bring pets under any circumstances unless said property is specifically arranged to allow pets. If a pet is found in a “no-pet,” property, your vacation may be terminated with no refunds given. (We can assist you in finding boarding arrangements for your pet in our area.)

Occupancy
The amount of people that a property will accommodate is listed in your reservation. Overcrowding is not permitted or tolerated. The total number of people staying in the rental must be disclosed to Northern Shores Vacation Rentals. In certain cases where prior permission is granted, a $100.00 per person charge will be assessed if additional guests are staying in the rental.

Cars
2 cars per condo are permited at Peninsula Bay. We have parking available for boat trailers if needed.

RV’s/Campers/Tents
Camping or “additional lodging” of any kind is not permitted at any of our rentals.

Trailers
Please disclose if any trailers (watercraft, snowmobile, etc.) will need to be parked. All watercraft MUST be moored and cannot be kept pulled up on Peninsula Bay shore.

Fireworks, Firearms, Campfires
Fireworks, firecrackers, or firearms are not permitted at any of our properties due to liability & respect for the neighbors. Campfires are not permitted unless there is a designated fire pit at the property.

Condo, Cottage & Home Disclosure
Northern Shores Vacation Rentals, LLC. is a rental agent for condominiums, cottages, and homes that are independently owned. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems are rarely encountered, we must reserve the right to change accommodations up to and including the day of arrival to the best of our ability.
