It's Scarecrow Time! Create a Scarecrow for the 11th Annual Harvest Festival & Scarecrow Extravaganza! Design your Scarecrow to say something about you, your business or organization. Display your Scarecrow(s) Sept. 20th thru Sept. 27th.

Everyone invited to participate, prizes will be awarded for the Best Business Scarecrow, Best Residential Scarecrow and Judges Choice Scarecrow. Judging will be Friday September 25th

Best Scarecrow Costume Contest for kids, ages 10 years of age & under. Judging will be on Broad Street at 1pm, September 26th
