The Brownstone Condominims are new condominiums located at State Street and Boardman Ave. downtown Traverse City. They put you within walking distance to all of downtowns attractions as well as Clinch Park Beach. These suites are 2 bedroom condos with 2 1/2 bathrooms. All bedrooms are upstairs and each has its own garage complete with garage door opener. How nice to have parking right downtown! These suites will be offered weekly during the summer months and winter long term tenants are welcomed.
