Professional chef, hot food competition and tasting featuring Michigan food products, wines and microbrews. Held at Lakeview Hotel's Bellaire Ballroom at Shanty Creek Resorts. In addition to the Chef's Challenge competition, the weekend will feature cooking seminars, an ice-carving competition, and vendors showcasing Michigan agriculture ~ second only to California in number of diverse food products. The following sessions will also be available: Nature/Outdoors, Fishing, Golf, Kayaking, Michigan Food Products, Cooking Demonstrations, Cooking Utensils and Springtime Splendor in Michigan.
