Traverse City: Northwestern Michigan College - Telescopes
Public viewing at Rogers Observatory 12/20/2007
From 8 to 10 p.m., the public may use telescopes at Northwestern Michigan College's Rogers Observatory to view Venus early (hopefully), and later the Orion Nebula. If it is cloudy, the event may be canceled. If weather conditions and staffing permit, viewing hours may be extended. The Rogers Observatory is at 1753 Brimley Road, between Keystone Road and Garfield Road in Garfield Township. For more information, contact Bob Moler at 946-8649.
