Peninsula Bay Suite C52 gets new owners...
Suite C52 at Peninsula Bay Resort Condominiums has a new owner. This
rental suite which has been enjoyed by many since new in 2006 is getting
totally re-decorated. While nicely outfitted by the previous owners, new
ownership has some improvement plans. For starters, they are going to
complete the guest bedroom with 2 queen beds instead of the two full
beds. This second bedroom is the largest bedroom of any in the building.
Two queen beds fit nicely and lend to the overall comfort of those
sharing this bedroom. They also plan to provide a queen sleeper sofa in
the living room for optional sleeping arrangements. TVs are to be in
both bedrooms as well as the living room. This is a nice improvement of
the old. Peninsula Bay Suite C52 has the best view for an angled view
suite. Its location on 5th floor is key - it really has a nice North
Easterly vista of East Grand Traverse Bay. Suite C52 is a great choice
for a roomy suite with a view that reminds you that you are on the beach!
